By your question, I would outsource the gig as it sounds like you don’t really have the skills to complete the project professionally.
Im a decent wp developer. Basically i would upload dummy content and edit everything from that point.
I mean, the customer very little, and would also like to safe some money comparing to what most web companies would take.
