Hi in the Subscription/Form panel you should have that text. Changing the admin language you should be able to inter all version.
Usually it works even changing the default translation with WPML or Polylang (not sure, for the latter, if it’s a free feature), but be sure, in that case, to have the text not set on the Form configuration (so the default one from the language packages is used).

I have leaved the box empty. The translations were working in Spanish, but not in another 2 languages, so for them to work , I had to download the .po files from and put in /wp-content/languages/plugins/
Now all works! Thanks a lot 🙂
