Hello. I have an e-commerce site where my client is selling digital downloads. When I set up his account, everything seems ok but when I go to do a test purchase, it almost works but then it redirects to a message that says ‘Please return tot he merchant and choose another way to pay’. I’ve tried all the PayPal plugins that are free and they all end up with the same message.
When I set up the details with my own Paypal account, it works fine. So there is something weird with his account. Seems almost more like a Paypal issue, but just wondering if anyone has any ideas.
I’ve searched it extensively with no real luck. Thanks for your ideas.
