Hi, please check the following problem. In my opinion, there is a problem with the entry of the credit card number and its further sequence of the expiry date and the check digit when making a mobile phone payment. After entering the credit card number and the expiry date, the need for further action is unclear. When the “next” button is pressed, the window moves on to the check digit. The expiry date is also entered, but the cursor does not stop at the last digit of the expiry date, but at the penultimate digit, which makes it impossible to enter the data easily.
I noticed that customers were switching from mobile to desktop to complete an order, but didn’t know why. It was probably annoying to put the cursor in the right position, so as I said, they either switched to desktop or even cancelled the order.
