Thank you for reaching out! No need to worry about this particular issues as there’s a pretty easy solution to it.
What you can do is to run the plugin’s setup wizard again and have it create the pages. You can find the setup wizard initializer in SliceWP > Settings > Tools (tab) > Setup Wizard (section).
