I’ve investigated the issue. On my end, the feature works fine.
On your site, I see there is AJAX add to cart support was in the single product page. I think that breaks our validation.
Can you please try again once with deactivating Ajax add to cart feature for your single product page? Also please share the plugin name that you use to add Ajax add to cart support for your single product page.
According to your replies, we can go forward.
