I want to build a WordPress site with a non-ecommerce product catalog, including a very specific feature: each product will be available for sale on one or more marketplaces (RedBubble, etc), so I would like an attractive “where to buy” call-to-action for each product similar to what you see on this Google Chromebook product page:

Or would it probably be a customized situation?
**Side note:** I originally built my website on WordPress YEARS AGO with a number of customizations, but the thing that finally forced me to move the site to something else was that every time I did an update to the site, I would have to go back in an re-add pretty much all the customization. It was way too much of a hassle. If what I’m looking for requires customization as I imagine it does, could you tell me if I would again need to make sure all customization carries over when updates occur, or is it friendlier now in that customizations are kind of “locked in” and not overwritten?
**Thank you SO MUCH** for reading all this. I would appreciate any thoughts or help. I’m really hoping for the simplest, cleanest possible solution, so I’ve got my fingers crossed there might be an out-of-the-box solution for a “where to buy” option for a product catalog.
