We are looking for a way to collect kids moments, pictures, stories and memories digitally. Our wishlist is quite extensive.
* there are several kids = one blog per kid or the possibility to sort and export so each kid has their own blog/album (is this possible via multipages?)
* long term solution with the ability to export
* ability to backdate (e.g. add a pic from 2 years ago and change the date of the post to that time)
* export possible, e.g. HTML / viewable offline
* manageable via app or posting via email possible
Is this feasible using wordpress?
Or any other suggestions?

yes, absolutely. you could run Multisite to give each kid their own site on the “network” while also setting up things like a single source media library (if you want) and also giving the kids the ability to personalize their own site a bit.
