Hello everybody,
I am making new site from existing one (user already have WordPress account). I installed Local and I stuck on WordPress set up window. Do I have to put Worpress user name of existing one, or I can make my own? If I make my own, is there going to be a problem of exporting site online?

Hello mate,
If you are setting a local development environment, you can use the desired username. Now, when you are done, if you migrate everything – including the database – then existing users will be replaced with yours.
Do you plan to migrate site to [WP.com]) or self-hosted WordPress?
Set up a default install then import the original site which should also include users/ passwords etc.
