Hi All, I’m looking for a quiz plugin that will take the user’s email address before displaying the results. None of the major ones seem to offer this feature. Would anybody know one?

I use Quiz And Survey Master (QSM)
Not 100% sure, but i thought you can change it in the settings by QSM
