My waiver form was working good for months then today my client said it wasn’t working. The checkbox says t=this.model.toggleselection(e.id) and it is required so they cant expect waivers. I tried to replace it with a radio button and it will appear when previewing the form but when i save it doesn’t show up. Also a previous radio button on the top of the form isn’t there anymore. I had to remove all radio buttons and check boxes.
