Someone else is building my website. It is not live yet.
I have a couple of different large photo galleries. They all are set up using lightbox whereby – click a picture and it pops up into a large size for better viewing etc. etc. There are so many photos in each gallery, I would like them to be randomized every time someone comes to the gallery. Ya know, so that the top row of photos is never the same. My Web guy tells me it can’t be done with lightbox. Is that true?
I have to admit I don’t understand the guts of Websites anymore, the building of them has gone beyond the abilities I used to have. That’s why I hired somebody.
But I’m not also not an idiot about how this works. And I believe there’s usually a way to do most anything, you just have to find it. I’m not having a lot of luck googling for such info so here I am to ask you lovely people.
If there are any specific links to plug-ins or tutorials that I could forward to him and say “this is how you do it“ I’d be hugely appreciative.
