Hi, this read more break is made for posts and can’t be used inside team member bios. If you want to add a read more link that points to a full bio page you could do it with HTML like so:
<br/><br/><a href="https://www.yoursite.com/johns-full-bio-page">Read more</a>I’ve added two br tags above it so it’s not stuck to the member’s desc.
