You can configure the desired texts to be displayed on the blocked content/placeholders under Complianz > Settings > Blocked content text.

oh my, just overlooked this settings. Thank you very much. By the way, how would I use it on a multilingual site. Would I have to use WPML for it?

Yes, you would use a multi-language plugin such as PolyLang or WPML to do this; specifically the String Translation feature in those plugins.
With one of the above plugins activated: Save settings once under Complianz > Settings, and you will now find these texts under String Translation in your multi-language plugin, ready to be translated.
