It could be a compatibility issue with something. I see you currently have a math captcha generated by JetPack. If that was also enabled together with Advanced Google reCAPTCHA then it could be causing issues.
We are working on an update that should hopefully resolve some of these issues. It should be available by next week and you can give it another try.
