Recommendations for clean starter theme w/ basics

Hey all,

So I am looking for a clean WordPress starter theme that I can customize, but would love to have out of the box features such as:

* Blog
* Gutenberg Blocks
* etc..

Does anyone know any starter themes that provide these basic features already completed?

I use Bootstrap 5 and Bulma.
