Thanks for reaching out. We did have similar reports from Bedrocks users previously although in our case we were not able to reproduce the same experience. So we can understand more of what’s happening with your set up please share the following:
- Did you have Site Kit set up previously on this site, even from a different URL or staging site which you may have migrated?
- When you land back on the 404 page can you share the full URL from that page, along with any browser console errors that appear? I ask as the URL may contain a callback reference for your site. If the callback URL doesn’t include your current wp-admin path, including the
wppath (the location of your WordPress files. It may be possible to manually correct that in the address bar.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Rather than sharing the second steps above, you can share a screen recording of your experience if you wish, using a service such as Loom or RecordIt. You can share this privately using this form.

Oh, my wp installation is under wp/wp-admin not only wp-admin.
I changed the link to ../wp/wp-admin/?action…
and it worked!
