Redis Object Cache useful when using another cache plugin?

Hello,

I’m using WP Fastest Cache, because I have the possibility to preload pages.

I noticed, that Redis Object Cache is also very fast, but only, when visiting the page a second time. So is there any benefit for installing this as a second cache plugin, or will be there even conflicts when using them together?
