Hi,
The website that I administer (not my day job!) uses IXION theme and on each page we have a footer that requests users to Register and Login.
User login is disabled in settings in Woocommerce.
We use Checkout Forms so customer data is captured during the order process. As we’re a motor club we have to capture bespoke information hence the Checkout Forms rather than standard Woocommerce forms. We don’t need customers to log in.

How can I remove the register / login footer. It’s causing confusion for our customers.
I’ve tested a number of suggestions of editing functions.php in the theme, but none have worked thus far.
