Very, very newb question:
I recently rotated into a role helping to maintain my running club’s WordPress-based website. I know enough to do simple maintenance/plugin updates, but the thing I’ve been afraid to touch is the site’s theme.
Currently, it’s using the “Motif” theme (supplied by Automattic), but this is obsolete/unsupported. I’d like to switch to a current theme that is as close as possible to Motif, so I don’t get a radically different look & feel to what’s there already.
I’ve tried using the WP Themes -> Add Themes search, with a handful of filters, but I’m still drowning in choices, and more or less paralyzed. Is there a better way to search? Does anyone happen to know what is the closest current theme to Motif?
