Also after I import migrate anything new from my old site to my new site it kicks me out and I have to reset my password every time. How do I stop this from happening?
Do you have access to the database?
Go to phpmyadmin and find wp_options table. One of the first few rows will be the WordPress admin email.
Change that field to your email. Save the changes.
Refresh the WP login page and click forgot password.
The password can also be reset directly in the DB in the wp_users table. Find the password field associated with your email, type in a new password and select MD5 encoding.
Possible issue with database / site url
Log in to the hosting account directly or contact support.
