Returning WP.com user of a very old account, wanting to move my content to hosted. BUT I’m unable to log in, even after successful change password, because for some reason 2FA SMS code isn’t reaching me (PH phone number is correct and still active). How can I contact WP.com directly for help?

Hi, I know that this is usually for WP.org posts, but i was hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction for contacting WP.com . I’m a little desperate. 🙁

**TL;DR** :

I haven’t touched my .com blog in years, and today i decided i’d like to dust it off and maybe have it properly set up and hosted this time around. Tried logging in, i have the correct password, but can’t finish log in because 2FA SMS code isn’t reaching me (should note i am located in the Philippines). I get emails just fine. I am still using the same PH phone number. Can’t find backup codes from 2014. Account recovery form is asking for stuff i never had/don’t have anymore/can’t find (in that order). Can’t even post in the .com forums.. because it requires me to log in 🙁

**Long version** :

So yeah I tried logging in, and my password is correct, but the SMS code for 2FA that I set up back in 2014 isn’t reaching me (and yes I’m still using the same PH phone number). I also tried resetting the password a few times, and they’re all successful, but again I’m stumped at the actual log in process.

Meanwhile, I cannot for the life of me find the backup codes from my 2FA set up in 2014 (I know it was in 2014 because i still have the email confirming the set up sitting in my inbox… not sure why it’s still there, maybe i forgot to delete it this whole time and my inbox is a mess idk).

I tried using the Account Recovery Request form, but it’s asking me for:

\- transaction ID (which I don’t have since I never purchased anything from WP back then… i didn’t even have a credit card yet at the time…)

\- Activation URL/key (by the time i set up 2FA in 2014, my WP.com was already at LEAST a couple of years old already… so yeah I don’t have that fresh-account activation email anymore 🙁 )

\- 2FA backup codes (… help ).

I’ve been looking for at least an email address to use for wp.com support but i can’t find any. No live chat either etc. I can’t even post in the .com forums because it requires that I’m logged in to my wp accoun so idk what to do now.

I really hope someone can help me at least get in touch with a human who can take a look at this for me.
