Hello all,
I am looking advise on how to begin building the following site which would be focused on selling leads. However, more simply, selling the contact information. As reference, I want to do something like Habitissimo (it is not in english)
There is person X who needs a service done. So he puts a notice that he wants his garage painted.
Person Y, the contractor, sees the announcement but cannot contact him without first paying a small amount of $. He could pay and be allowed to contact him through the site or just simply, have the contact info revealed.
