also i found that this ratings has status “approved” if i change it to ‘1’ i can see them in the comments but they disapear in the course card

To manage reviews, you first need to enable the Report addon from the Tutor LMS addons page. After enabling it, reload the page and you will see the Report page. On the Report page, you can access the Review tab and manage your reviews from there.
