If you are using the shortcode to display your reviews, you need to also add the “pagination” option like this:
[site_reviews display="6" pagination="loadmore"]
Please read the Shortcodes documentation which you can find on the Site Reviews Help page.
Or even better, if you are using the Site Reviews Elementor widgets instead of the shortcodes, then enable the pagination option in the widget settings.
