Hi, I need to create a risk tolerance assessment form for potential investment clients. Basically a multiple choice questionaire which is linked to a points based assessment to catagorize the risk profile of the applicant. I’ve just downloaded Formidable Forms, but am new to this and would appreciate any suggestions as to which template I should use, or if it is a bridge too far for the plugin. Thank you.
