Rule 941110 XSS Filter rejection when I try to add Meta Pixel Code to Header

I keep receiving the error below when I attempt to add the meta pixel code. I believe it is related to the “<” “>” in the code because it replaced them with &lt and &gt. Any advice on how to fix? This also happened when I tried to add Reddit pixel. I attempted to add the code manually, with a plugin and with elementor and same result. TIA
