Thank you for reaching out! The percentage rate is 15% as you’ve set it. You can also view this value in SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > Commissions Settings (section).

The panel with the 25% rate you’re seeing in the affiliate’s edit page is just promotional for our paid product. It does not have any actual functionality. The commission rate from the general settings will be used.
