Search block how to change the height of the block.
If I am understanding you correctly, this is something that you would need to handle via CSS. The search block is provided by WordPress core and doesn’t include a height attribute. However, you could adjust it using custom CSS. However, we aren’t able to provide custom CSS to do so.
And I you not have a search query and press search button It should not work.
By default, Jetpack Search will open the search overlay when you click on the search button and populate a list of the most popular pages.
