I would like to inform you that the developers of the plugin are already working on implementing a User Agent blocking tool. At this point, we can not provide an ETA but you can keep an eye on the changelog.

Regarding your other suggestions, they have been forwarded to the attention of SiteGround Security’s developers and they will consider implementing them.
