Seeking feedback on my new luxury real estate lead generation project ๐Ÿš€

[ad_1]

Hey Reddit!

I'm diving into a personal project centered around generating leads for luxury real estate agencies. My mission? To master the art of SEO and eventually strike deals with one or more agencies to sell them these high-quality leads. (The business model is still a work in progress ๐Ÿค”).

Hereโ€™s where Iโ€™m at: I've only completed about 15% of the web development, but Iโ€™m eager to get your thoughts on the design direction so far.

Website: NeoHome

Tools of the trade:

  • Builder: Elementor

  • Enhancements: Crocoblock suite (JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, etc.)

Current status:

  • The menu is not functional yet.

  • Content is sparse โ€” just the homepage, a working search feature, and the property listing page, which is driven by a custom post type (CPT) and custom fields.

I'm all ears for any feedback or suggestions you might have. Your insights would be incredibly valuable!

Thanks a million in advance! ๐Ÿ™

P.S.: Iโ€™m obsessed with the details, so any tips on refining the design or UX would be super appreciated!

  1. What is it lately with people asking these questions on the WordPress sub.
Please this sub is not for these kind of questions.
Unless it is related to WordPress, lately I have seen an avalanche of pie in the sky ideas.

  2. The original post sounds like something that the Southpark gnomes would say:

    Phase 1: collect underpants.
    Phase 2: ?
    Phase 3: profit.
