Changing the color of the “Selection Color (Input Buttons)” should change the color of for example the multiple choice question block. Those buttons have two states, namely the unselected and selected state. The unselected state always shows the buttons with a transparent background and a border in the color that you have set in the style pane. The selected state then fills the background of the button when it becomes selected by the respondent. It’s not possible to set a background color for the unselected state at the moment.
Is that maybe what you mean? If not, could you elaborate what happens exactly and what you would like to achieve?
