Yoast baby, yoast. The one and only.
I use SEOPress and it is a good software for seo and WordPress, really intuitive but there are a lot plugins that are good: Rankmath, yoast seo, ecc. all are good but the most important thing is you capacity to write interesting content and set the keywords (keywords are not really need but it helps you to write)
Ps: remember to modify snippets and social snippets
The SEO Framework is nice and light. RankMath has some good tools on the free version, namely the 404/redirect tools.

All in one SEO is my go to
Try using YoastSEO, always a great/simple choice and one I have been using for a long time.
