Redux is an option framework that has nothing to do with outputting page elements. What is likely happening is that there is an option within the theme causing this, and when Redux is enabled, the option to control this ascept is turning off. If you seach other messages in this forum, you’ll see that’s what is going on 99% of the time.
You need to contact the theme author for support, as we do not support individual themes or theme functionality. Good luck.
