Setting up a blog

I am trying to set up a blog on my website.

My question is: how do I set up my posts as child’s to the blog page? Example; xxxx.com/blog/the post page. Or even by categories xxxx.com/blog/category/the post page.

I am using Elementor Pro for my website.
