I have carefully investigated the reported issue and found that there is indeed a conflict between these plugins. However, the issue exists only when the Defer Render-blocking JavaScript option is enabled in our SGO plugin. I have tried to exclude some of the scripts used by the Forminator and Otter plugins from that functionality but to no avail.
With that said, you can continue using our plugin but keep the Defer Render-blocking JavaScript option disabled. This way you can benefit from the other functionalities of the SGO plugin and no need to disable it entirely.
