Hi,
I thought I had this figured out, but apparently not. Today someone made an order on my web store and the price they paid for shipping that my [Shipping plug-in](https://woocommerce.com/products/canada-post-shipping-method/) gave them was $13 more than what I paid for the shipping when creating the label on the Post company’s website. This is not what is supposed to happen, nor do I want this to happen. I want clients to pay the price that I am billed by the postal company.
I read the [documentation](https://woocommerce.com/document/canada-post/), and I’ve input all the info for dimensions and weight in both the products and the shipping plugin on the backend, but there’s always been some discrepancies of the plugin charging on average $2-3 more than what I’m paying. However, today was the first time the discrepancy was $13 more.
I don’t understand why this is happening when I have the API key set in the plug-in.
Anyone ever been through this before and figured out how to master it?
