All shorrcodes are supported by default for the pages’ and posts’ content only. You need to use filters to apply shortcodes for other texts.
We have created a couple of plugins to use with Rank Math SEO and Yoast SEO. Please check the pages for those on our website:

It will work until the filters of the SEO plugin remain the same and are used in the same way. If there is a change, we may need update the plugin. Or you can use the new filters to make the shortcodes work for you. Please learn more in the F.A.Q. section of the WP Date and Time Shortcode plugin.
