I used this default shortcode:
[bp_better_messages_pm_button text=”Private Message” subject=”Have a question to you” message=”Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.” target=”_self” class=”extra-class” fast_start=”0″ url_only=”0″]
Try to force user_id for currently not logged in user, by using user_id=”5″, where 5 is another user ID (not currently logged in)
I tried this now. But still not working…
With assigning user id the shortcode not working on left and right column
[bp_better_messages_pm_button text=”Private Message” subject=”Have a question to you” message=”Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.” target=”_self” user_id=”5″ class=”extra-class” fast_start=”0″ url_only=”0″]- This reply was modified 19 hours, 9 minutes ago by mmasouddd.
Do you have user with ID 5 in your website?
Yes. I tried with several ids that I checked their accuracy.
Do you using correct quotes in shortcode attributes?
Perfect. Probably the problem was for quotes user_id=”5″. I copied theme from another attributes and now it is correct. Also for user id I used the own directorie’s shortcode and now the issue is resolved
But the problem is not resolved yet why it works in left column and not works in right column.
Thank you so so so much for super fast support:)
Good luck
