Also, the chatbot doesnt appear on Edge and Chrome but appears fine on Safari and Firefox.
That is weird; I am testing mainly on Chrome 🙂 So it definitely works there. And many of my users are using Edge.
I have tried to check the box that injects the code on the entire website. It does add the bot but then when I make chnages to the location of the chatbot and its icon, the change doesnt appear online.
Are you sure it’s not a cache issue? If you are using one (ore more) caching system(s), that might be that 🙂
