Basically, I had a meeting with my SA where he was always talking about “we want you to grow in our company”, “you have potential” etc.
I’m in that company (Web Development / Design agency) for over 2+ years, there is nothing special, no team building, no paid vacations, and no talking about private lives except work. Ok that is ok for me, I like that separation of private / work life, but I’m afraid that I will never grow (in web dev career) up and will stay at the same level as they need, simply BCS when I came to the company guys with over 5+ years of experience in THAT company are today after 2yrs at the same level and doing similar kind of work as I (not to complex).
So, can someone tell me what should I ask myself before making a final decision, what to ask the boss / SA, or what should I pay attention to in order to understand if I will grow or not?
This really means a lot to me, I’m almost 31 and need to make the right decisions, no more space left for failed ones 😀
