Newbie here, setting up wordpress using DirectAdmin Softaculous and it gives me the option for Litespeed. Should I enable this? It's on a shared hosting plan if that is relevant.
Yes, you can use it.
It’s also not that important of a decision since you can always install/activate it later directly from WordPress.
Softaculous just tries to help you out and preinstall some useful things (or sometimes just plain bloatware)
