We already have this feature available. When trying to edit a post, you can find this option setting under the sidebar panel. Kindly follow the screenshot:

Thanks for your response. I guess I am not asking my question correctly. When your plugin is enabled, EVERY post on our site shows related posts. What we would like to do is restrict this to ONLY those posts where we set the related posts manually using the featured you noted above. Is that possible, or does every post have to show related posts as long as the plugin is enabled?
