Show the “Add to Address Book” link doesn’t work

The add to address book link is only shown on the template’s entry detail/profile view. It appears you have that permalink option disabled.

If you enable the Name permalink option, you will be able to click through to the entry details, and the add to address book link will be available as an entry action item displayed above the entry details.
