The free version does not support comments with ratings.
The Pro version supports 2 methods to include comments with rating entries:
- Integrating with WordPress comment system to submit ratings and display ratings next to existing comments https://multiratingpro.com/documentation/wordpress-comment-system
- Add a comment review field to the rating form and use a shortcode or Gutenberg block to display the comment alongside rating entries https://multiratingpro.com/documentation/shortcodes/mrp_rating_entry_details_list-shortcode
