Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
It seems that the problem is appearing because your widget area in mobile mode is displayed at the bottom after the content container, so all you need to do is to pull it up to the top, and it would be placed before the content container, you can do it with basic CSS z-index styles. Unfortunately, we don’t provide or debug custom codes.
