Since WordPress has native lazy loading. Do you still use an Optimizations plugin lazy loading feature ?

What happens when you turn on lazy loading in an optimizer plugin such as SITEGROUND optimizer or w3 total cache or others ?
Do they turn off the lazy loading from WordPress ?
I just don't want conflicts.
