Single post template and single post look different

I am hoping someone can help me as I am at my wit’s end.

I am trying to align the H1 post title with the paragraphs of text that makes up the post. I have made the blocks that contain text wider than the default setting as the default setting was too narrow. The H1 heading now does not align with the text.

I went to the Single Posts Template and grouped the H1 Heading with the first paragraph of text. I then entered the customized text width I wanted under the block options on the right hand sidebar. The Heading 1 and text came into alignment, and I saved the changes to the template. I then checked the posts that I had created with the Single Posts Template and the H1 Heading was still misaligned. I tried creating a new post with the template and the problem was still there. Here’s an example:

I can’t find a solution to this. Can someone please help me with this? Aligning the H1 with the text surely can’t be this hard.
