Are Wonder Block contact forms anonymous?

We’ve just started using WordPress again and we’re building with Wonder Blocks. We’d like to have a contact form that we can genuinely say is anonymous, no IP, metadata, etc. I can’t find direct information on this, can anyone point me to something or tell me if a Wonder Block contact form only captures the information we ask for specifically on the form?
