Site not publishing on mobile at all

Finished my site with astra template and edited with elementor. It looks great on PC.

But it won’t load on any mobile device at all. Wtf.

And I get this error message dial tcp4 74.80.181.140:0->45.41.235.161:80: i/o timeout

Please help this is so frustrating
